  • Dear Music Box Friends,

As promised, I am highlighting a few favorites for the end of the year. Los Machetes is one I use from infants through fifth grade.  This song was recorded for Music Rhapsody by Gary King and is found on the CD Our Favorite Shenanigans. This is always a fun one for the tots with the gathering drum, playing three different ways. (For example, scratching, making circles, tapping). Check out one of my workshop videos of Los Machetes below. It has some behavior management tips as wells as two activities that are serious fun: one with parachute and one with rhythm sticks. Your kids will love it.

We have a brand new Music Box Exclusive Download this week. We have bundled together Our Favorite Shenanigans WITH 25 pages of our favorite Shenanigans lessons into our Our Favorite Shenanigans Digital Download SUPER Pack. The activities are designed for babies through elementary aged kids. This is normally priced at 11.97 and is only $7.50 in Music Box. Click below to download!

Have you signed up for our dynamic Teacher Training? We have a jam packed four day training waiting for you in three awesome cities around the country.  Have a big or small question about signing up? Contact us here to schedule a consultation.  We would love to have you join us for some serious fun!

Music Rhapsody’s arrangement of Singing in the Rain was a total hit at our preschool concerts last week. Music Box members can check out some of our little music makers singing and dancing in the rain in this video.

I am in the middle of my concert season, and it has been so much fun thus far! Hope yours are going well.

    Happy Music Making,

    Lynn
