Early Childhood Conference

  • I remember preparing for my first preschool music class, wondering how it would be compared to the elementary classes I had been teaching for the past 5 years.   Wow.  There was a big difference!  This was the early 1980's and it was difficult to find any resources.  My Orff resources that said "early childhood" totally failed.  They seemed to fit perfectly for my 2nd graders.   After learning the hard way, I developed materials based on the Orff approach that would work with little ones.  Now, early childhood music educator's have many exciting resources including this wonderful conference.  I hope to see you there! Lynn Kleiner It's been great to see so many teachers in Georgia this year and I'm looking forward to seeing several Georgia teachers in St. Louis next week. Hope to see you at Atlanta Orff Lydia!

Lydia Lawrence Lynn, are you going to present at one of our Orff meetings this year? That would be wonderful! This has been the best year...
