Dance and Movement Ideas on Music Box

    We just added two Downloads under Special Lessons, ideas for the CD "Our Favorite Shenanigans" on music box.  Lots of ideas for instruments, movement , circle and line dances for mommy and me classes with babies and toddlers, pre school and elementary classes.  . 

    We are very thankful to Gary King to let theMusic Rhapsody teachers pick their favorite Shenanigan songs and put them all on one CD for us. It is just so exciting to have songs from all over the world to use in our classes on the same CD.Your students will love Los Machetes, which Gary King recorded just for us. (You can use your 25% music box member discount if you don't own the "Our Favorite Shenanigans" CD yet)

    If you are familiar with the CD and have additional ideas, it would be fun to post them on the forum. It is always great to hear what other teachers come up with for a specific song.

    Denise Stanford We did "Los Machetes" with rhythm sticks yesterday, and it was a big hit! Several of the kids said, "I LOVE that song!" Some of my 3's couldn't quite figure out how to roll the sticks for the "C" section. I wasn't sure how to explain that to them. Any...  more
