Lynn KleinerOh, that's just frustrating for both of us!! Sorry its not super quick and easy. Here's the directions but let me know if that doesn't help and I'll try to find help.

If you are using a Macintosh, simply Double-click the zip file and the file or folder will be decompressed into the same folder the compressed file is in. If you still cannot unzip those received documents, There are apps you can get that are made for compressing and decompressing zip files. “The Unarchiver,” “Winzip Mac edition,” and “Stuffit Deluxe Mac 16” are some applications you can get from the OS X App Store (in your Dock).
If you are using a PC then you can either highlight the files in the zipped folder and drag them outside of the folder to extract them or you can read a tutorial on how to unzip (extract) a compressed file/folder here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14200/windows-compress-uncompress-zip-files less

I've tried all of this. I mentioned before, that I can unzip other files from other sources, but the zip files from Music Box will not expand. Any other help that you might offer?

And something else that I should mention...... this happens on my Dell at school and my Mac at home........ when I double click on the zip file for Stranger in the Woods then it simply makes another copy of the same zip file. Really odd.
