Turkey Feathers is great for your youngest, through grade 2. The instrumental version (from Farm Songs and the Sounds of Moosic) allows you to sing "What color is this one?" with your youngest and have them reply by singing the color of the feather. The older music makers will sing the answer to you singing "Who has the red one?" Child: "I have the red one." This is also great for learning the colors in Spanish.
From the same book, Shoo Turkey is also very popular with a large age span. The youngest ones on gathering drum or hand drums, to the older kids on Orff in F Pentatonic (free play, playing any notes on "Yes Ma'am!" and then doing a turkey dance to a new instrument on the B section.
